Corporate finance advisory for New Energy and Environment is led by Michael Ware who has over 15 years’ experience raising debt and equity finance for a range of M&A and project finance deals in the UK and Western Europe. Fundraising typically ranges from £5m to £100m and the team has worked on over £1 billion of renewable energy transactions including several AD projects.
