Important Membership Renewals Information

With ADBA’s new membership year starting on 1 October 2017, we will soon be entering our period of renewals so it is important that you read all the information below regarding the renewal process.

It’s time to say thank you

We would firstly like to say a big thank you from the entire team at ADBA for your continued support over the last 12 months.

ADBA now represents over 425 businesses from across the industry, giving us a united voice and allowing us to continuously improve the industry together.

The operator and working groups you participate in, the consultations you respond to, the events that you speak at, exhibit at or attend, and the communications you contribute to enable us to promote the value of this industry to key stakeholders and buyers, and build a safe and mature industry. Given the challenges ahead (a minority government, Brexit and lack of tariff certainty once again) never has there been a more important time for us to work together.

By continuing your membership of ADBA you are helping us to achieve those aims – which will ultimately grow your bottom line – and will ensure your business continues to be represented by the UK’s only dedicated AD, biogas and bioresources trade association with a wide range of exclusive membership benefits.

What do you need to do now?

Our renewal process is automatic so to continue your membership you don’t need to do anything. We will begin invoicing renewals from the 21 August and your membership will continue as per our terms and conditions.

You should also read below for details about completing your free ADBA Members’ Directory listing for 2016/17.

If for any reason you no longer wish to remain a member then you will need to contact me, Alex Monks, by 21 August to inform us in writing that you do not wish to renew. If you do not contact us by this date your membership will be automatically renewed for another year as stated in our terms and conditions.

Our annual print ADBA Members’ Directory 2016/17 – your free company listing

All members who have renewed their membership for 2016/17 and paid their membership fees on or by 1 October are entitled to receive a free listing in our annual print ADBA Members’ Directory 2017/18. This directory will be distributed to over 2,500 key industry contacts, made available digitally and circulated at key industry events such as the ADBA National Conference 2017, UK AD & World Biogas Expo 2018, ADBA Members’ Meetings and other industry events which we attend throughout the year. The directory lists the who’s who of the AD and biogas industry and has been a popular publication with buyers over the last year.

This directory is different to the online directory; for instructions on how to update your online profile please contact Alex Monks.

How will you get listed in the Members’ Directory?

This year the directory will be managed directly by ADBA to ensure we deliver the best experience to our members. We will be contacting you to provide you with a link to the online form for your entry. To upgrade your basic listing and book some excellent advertising such as print adverts, product sponsorship and case studies please contact Tori Abiola for more information.

How can we help your business – why not meet us to discuss your needs?

We are always interested in finding out more about your business so that we can provide the targeted service you need. Please do not hesitate to arrange a meeting with Alex Monks,  the Membership Manager at ADBA, so that we can discuss your business needs and see which services would most help your business achieve its aims.

Membership guides – make the most of your membership

We are currently reviewing our membership welcome pack and producing some additional guides to making the most of your membership. Details will be sent out once these are ready to view. Please do contact Alex in the meantime if you would like to ensure you are maximising your benefits.
