ADBA member BioG UK looking for AD plant partners and crop growers

ADBA MEMBER PRESS RELEASE

BioG UKBioG UK Ltd is looking for farmers and landowners to partner on AD plant projects. BioG UK is currently working on a number of projects which have been successfully granted planning permission for on farm and off farm AD plants around the UK. BioG UK can offer farmers and landowners a technology, finance and all the expertise required to get the project off the ground. BioG UK can get involved in the project at any stage from initial conception, or on stalled projects that are further along but are either struggling for finance, technology backup or feedstock.

Joint Ventures Available

BioG UK Ltd offers joint ventures to partners nationwide who have, or who are in planning. BioG UK provides a 100% finance package with the highly efficient Energy Ring technology. Each joint venture is a straight forward 50:50 split in shares between the farmer and BioG UK Ltd. BioG UK joint ventures do not require the landowner to put any asset as security against the project, while they also benefit from a helping hand throughout the project life.

Rob Greenow, Director, BioG UK said:

Our 50:50 joint venture packages are particularly attractive to farmers looking for the technology supplier’s assistance throughout the life of the project and to those looking for a finance route that does not involve re-mortgaging the entire farm.

Contract Farming Package

BioG UK has developed this package for landowners who want to be less involved in the AD plant. Landowners benefit from a guaranteed income based on land rents and sites leases. BioG UK take on the full project from planning through to full operation for 20+ years.

Ed Thomas, Director, BioG UK said:

Our contract farming solution offers farmers a secure route to guaranteeing income for their farms, BioG UK will take on the whole project from conception and planning through to operating the AD plant and growing the feedstock.
