AD Operators Breakfast – Free!

02 April, 2020 9:00AM - 11:00AM

Come to our breakfast session on 2nd April in Shropshire. We’ll give you insider tips to save you time and money.

Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) is hosting a free breakfast session to AD Operators around the Shropshire area. This is particularly important, following recent regulatory changes and industry developments.

ADBA represents the interests of all AD operators, such as on-farm and food waste. Our event is an opportunity share knowledge and network.

With the Environment Agency and Defra currently consulting important industry regulations, it is important to understand how they may impact your operations and farms.

So, come to our free breakfast on 2nd April in Ludlow. The speakers will give you information that could potentially save you time and money, such as:

• Engaging with the regulators and understanding compliance

• EA Standard Rules permit consultation update

• Information on Defra’s review of Nitrate Pollution Regulations and SSAFO

• Implementing best practice and the AD Certification Scheme

• The future of government incentives

• Quality Protocols

With plastics awareness being heightened and climate change on the horizon, the farming industry itself has set a target to be net zero by 2040, in line with the government’s target to achieve net zero carbon emissions by 2050. So, by upping your game on AD, you’ll be safeguarding the environment for you and for future generations, too.

This event is for farmers, landowners and businesses already operating AD plants. There will be time for networking. Ample parking is available on-site.
