ADBA is running a series of in-person regional operators meetings all over the country.
The purpose of these meetings is to get AD operators together in-person to see a site, network, share common problems and experiences, engage with ADBA policy team and discuss any other similar topics with people in the industry.
The day will be very informal and involve a site tour — so you can have a look around different processes and equipment- networking and discussions, and a free lunch!
We would be delighted if you could join us for the Southwest regional operators meeting.
This meeting and site tour will take place at Cannington Bio Energy near Bridgewater. Through its sister company Cannington Recycling Services the AD plants diverts food waste from landfill to be processed into renewable electricity and biomethane. Electricity from the AD plant provides the power for Cannington Cold Stores, who run a series of cold storage units next to the AD plant. You can find out more on their website https://canningtonenterprises.co.uk/bio-energy .
