Lucy has worked in the AD industry for 19 years and leads a team of strategic business consultants advising project developers, investors and operators on policy, technology, feedstock and markets. Lucy works with both public and private sector clients to help shape the future bioenergy policy, regulatory and market landscape, de-risking investment decisions and providing technical support to policy makers. Lucy comes from an agricultural background and originally specialised in feedstock supply, focusing on agricultural, forestry and waste production systems before moving her focus to associated treatment or conversion technologies. Lucy is an experienced project manager and also acts in an advisory capacity to incoming or established developers and investors, guiding market focus and ensuring regulatory compliance.
