Calling all operators

We are once again supporting WRAP’s Annual Survey of the Organics Recycling Industry (ASORI) to help generate estimates of organic waste recycled in the UK in 2012.

The purpose of the survey is to create estimates of the amount of organic waste currently recycled in the UK so that WRAP and its funders (Defra, and the Scottish and Welsh governments) can target their activities in ways which support the industry. The information collected in this survey contributes to the evidence base for decisions on developing the infrastructure and markets for the industry. It is crucial that as an AD operator you can help provide data for your AD sites so that the AD industry and government have access to reliable market data which we can be used as an evidence base when it comes to lobbying for more industry support.

The survey will be conducted by BDS Marketing Research, the company who also collects data, on behalf of WRAP, for the AD map.
