Uncorking the chemical potential of wine waste (and olive oil waste)

But often these projects seem to lack an economic analysis: what is the current market value (£/ tonne) of each of the bio-products? How large would the refinery have to be (tonnes product/ year to reach the scale to make a profit? Without this analysis these project are just for the lab.
