Following 30 years in UK Director and Global Leadership roles within the food and grocery industry including McCain Foods, now as consultant, NED and Chair of York & North Yorkshire LEP Business Board, Sue’s experience across strategy and change management enables organisations to deliver transformation and competitive advantage, especially by leveraging the economic, social and environmental opportunities offered by Diversity of Thinking and the Circular Economy.
Most recently demonstrating this by translating the work of York’s bioeconomy experts to champion Circular Malton; creating exciting town wide initiatives to engage the masses and seek to become the UK’s first circular economy market town.
The public and business stakeholder response means the approach is already of interest to roll out across the UK with the potential for every place to thrive with circular economy opportunities and underpin behaviour changes by the masses.
