Tim provides commercial and corporate finance advice to policy teams in BEIS working on the decarbonisation of heat, having previously worked with the energy efficiency policy teams. Prior to joining BEIS, Tim spent 15 years working in a number of commercial roles in the oil, gas, and renewables sectors.
