Electrical Safety
Do you want to find out about industry best practices for working safely with electrical installations and equipment? Interested in permit-to-work procedures, certificates of boundary isolation and Electrical installation certification? Come for a comprehensive introduction, combining key legislation, HSE guidance, and technical policies from the IET (formerly the Institute of Electrical Engineers) and other recognised professional bodies. Build confidence and improve workplace safety. Learn about the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974; Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations; and Electricity at Work Regulations 1989.
DSEAR
Be proactive and stay on top of regulatory requirements such as ATEX Directives, DSEAR and EPR. The course includes helpful exercises such as: identifying sources of release and ventilation factors; reviewing a site task and identifying measures to reduce the risk; identifying uses for equipment in hazardous areas. All seven of the respondents to the previous DSEAR course feedback form said they would recommend the training course.
