Exhibitor kit at UK AD & Biogas 2013
We asked our exhibitors what equipment they would be displaying at UK AD & Biogas 2013. Here are some of their responses:
Haarslev
Haarslev UK Ltd will be exhibiting our latest version of the Waste Food De-packer. The machine is designed for pre-treatment, crushing and separation of packaging from food wastes, such as supermarket waste and household collections in bio-bags.
Haarslev UK will be exhibiting at stand F81
Wackerbauer Maschinenbau GmbH
With our Separation Mill, we succeeded in constructing and manufacturing an extremely robust and reliable machine, which makes the crushing of large quantities of biological waste with a simultaneous separation of contaminants possible.
Wackerbauer Maschinenbau GmbH will be exhibiting at stand F44
Flexenergy
We will have a range of pre insulated pipes for district heating, solar, biogas and biomass along with ancillary products which include heat meters, valves and interface units. Engineers will be available on the stand to discuss our product range, network design, installation, metering, asset management and ownership.
Flexenergy will be exhibiting at stand D63
BioWayste Holdings
BioWayste will be bringing one of our M60 anaerobic reactors to the show. Nearly 4 metres in diameter and 6 metres high, the M60 is a modular, high rate unit designed to handle up to one tonne of COD per day. The BioWayste high rate AD system consists of one or more reactors, a services skid and a CHP unit – all tailored to meet demand and allow for the on-site recovery of energy from high strength liquid waste streams. Because everything is prefabricated in our factory, installation is a relatively simple procedure with no requirement for costly site-erected tanks or reactors.
BioWayste Holdings will be exhibiting at stand E101
Mach Tech Services
A new AD crusher is being launched at this year’s ADBA Show by shredder specialists Mach Tech Services Ltd. The Limator is suitable for the high volume, low energy processing of waste materials and foods for biogas and anaerobic digestion plants. The machine is a versatile modular impact crusher, designed to improve gas yield by breaking up renewable resources, waste and foods as part of the anaerobic digestion process, to produce bio gas. The Limator has been constructed by award-winning Lindner Recyclingtech of Austria. Mach Tech Services Ltd is the sole distributor of Lindner machinery in the UK and Eire.
Mach Tech Services will be exhibiting at stand G35
Vogelsang
Vogelsang will exhibit their new EnergyJet system for the first time in the UK at the upcoming ADBA show in Birmingham. The system, which is usually used in conjunction with a feed pump with a variable speed drive, to bring the liquid phase into the unit, and a RotaCut macerator on the discharge side of the unit to reduce the maximum particle size, mixes and homogenises energy crops and slurry or recirculated digestate, and feeds the resultant mixture to the digester tanks. The system is largely insensitive to the presence of foreign bodies. Two sizes of unit are available.
Vogelsang will be exhibiting at stand D67
IVECO
IVECO will be bringing their Daily van which runs on biomethane. You can see the van in our new Biomethane Vehicles area.
