Eco2 has more than 15 years of experience providing asset management services to a wide range of clients, from large sustainable investment funds, to small owner-operators. Our experience spans several technologies, including wind, solar, landfill gas and biomass plants.

Eco2 has already established a strong market presence in managing fuelled and wind assets and our experience, technical expertise, systems and processes mean we can provide clients with a cost-effective integrated service.

Eco2 has established itself as the market leader in the biomass sector, particularly in the procurement and management of biomass feedstocks. These skills can be applied in sectors that have traditionally struggled to produce operating performance promised during the development activity, such as anaerobic digestion.

Project Development

With over 290MW of delivered projects in wind, landfill gas and biomass, Eco2 has achieved its success through a combination of its own development projects and successful joint ventures.

Our development activity continues with a portfolio of wind, biomass and waste projects, both in the UK and internationally and we have built our own in-house capabilities to manage projects from concept stage through to financial close.

Eco2 sources a million tonnes of feedstock a year for plants across the UK, as well as operating 150,000 tonnes of feedstock storage capacity.
