At Finning, we have been at the forefront of AD biogas and landfill, recycling and wastewater treatment facilities for over 20 years with many industry firsts. We have helped operators to finance, design and develop biofuel power solutions that provide fast payback and return on investment. Today our AD, landfill, wastewater treatment, biogas and associated gas power systems can be found at work across the UK and beyond, generating clean electricity to power site processes.
We offer a full range of Caterpillar® Cat® gas-fuelled generator sets and a comprehensive combined heat and power (CHP) portfolio ranging from just 400 kW up to 4.3 MW, capable of operating on a wide range of biofuels. We can also tailor a bespoke package incorporating gas treatment technologies to ensure the longevity and reliable performance of the engine.
Our experience extends to a full design and build service, where we can take on the full project management for a new anaerobic digestion treatment plant, including feasibility studies, civil engineering, electrical and mechanical installations and construction.
We have a dedicated service network for the Biogas Power systems across the UK of over 45 engineers and a 24hr permanently supported generator helpdesk, with a Flagship Generator rebuild centre in Leeds and a global distribution centre for Cat® parts in Cannock Staffordshire.
