ADBA member Agraferm Technologies AG – Chairman of the board resigns

The chairman of the board of Agraferm Technologies AG, with headquarters in Pfaffenhofen, Dr. Christian Hofmann has resigned by mutual agreement as and from 30th April 2013. Dr. Hofmann will now dedicate himself to other tasks. The supervisory board thanks Dr. Hofmann for everything he has done for the organisation and wishes him well in the future.

Until further notice, the board of Agraferm will be made up of Mr. Jörg Bornemann and Mr. Heinrich Schulze Herking. Mr. Bornemann will be acting head of marketing alongside his existing responsibilities for finance, HR and the legal department. While, Mr. Schulze Herking will be provisionally responsible for sales in addition to his own department, engineering.
