Water Working Group - update

Thanks to those that expressed an interest in the Water Sector Working group. I was pleased that so many showed an interest in joining the group.

Since organising this, we’ve been talking to members of the Chartered Institute of Water and Environmental Management (CIWEM) about the OfWat proposals and related environmental regulations.

They are organising a similar meeting to discuss co-digestion in early April. We’ll be suggesting some people from the water sector and food waste AD sectors to attend.

We do not want to hold a duplicate meeting so we’ll be cancelling our Water Working Group meeting on the 21 March. Instead we’ll hold a short conference call (under 30 minutes) to provide a short overview of the OfWat proposals and get any feedback to take to the ADBA-CIWEM meeting. You’re welcome to join us for that.

  • 21 March 1pm
  • Pow wow now (using landlines to dial in is cheaper and usually a better line)

  • Enter PIN: 115673
  • Please provide your name and company name when you dial in.

For the conference call on the 21 March I'll talk through this presentation.
