WRAP launches its twelfth annual gate fee survey - share your views now

WRAP is undertaking its twelfth annual gate fees survey, which investigates gate fees paid at waste treatment facilities throughout the UK.

The operators section of the survey is particularly aimed at companies operating organic waste recycling facilities, specifically anaerobic digestion and in-vessel composting. All information received through the survey is aggregated, guaranteeing the confidentiality of all respondents’ data. The key aim of the study is to increase transparency in the waste treatment market. By giving local facility operators better information on market prices for different services, this should help improve the efficiency of the procurement and provision of waste management services in the UK.

The surveys have now been launched online, and WRAP are asking participants to complete the surveys by Friday, 30th November. The survey forms can be accessed through the following links:

In-Vessel Composting Plant Operators: https://www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/IVCOperator

Note that the survey can easily be completed from your PC, or on phone or tablet using the Survey Monkey app.
