ADBA Scottish Conference 2025

26 March, 2025 8:30AM - 7:00PM

Venue: Dynamic Earth, Edinburgh

Green Gas: Powering Scotland’s Just Transition

Scotland’s only oil refinery in Grangemouth is in the process of shutting down – the first test-case of the Scottish Government’s policy of inaugurating a ‘Just Transition’.

Green Gas operating at full capacity is an obvious outlet, but we need government and industry support to recycle Scotland’s organic wastes, avoid harmful methane emissions and provide a real solution for Scotland’s Just Transition.

Hear from the government and anaerobic digestion (AD) industry stakeholders, join discussions and network with your peers at the ADBA Scottish Conference. Spaces are filling up fast, so don’t miss out – book your ticket today!

Join us at the ADBA Scottish Conference 2025 to:

  • Learn about the latest industry trends and developments in the market from ADBA’s policy team
  • Meet the ADBA technical team who will be able to give you 1:1 bespoke guidance
  • Hear from of the foremost experts on regulation and health and safety with some of the latest developments affecting the industry in Scotland
  • Attend a finance workshop providing real-world advice on securing finance to build a plant, what makes a project bankable and how to manage OPEX cost
