The Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) is putting on this detailed training session to support you in complying with Dangerous Substances and Explosive Atmospheres Regulations (DSEAR).

 

Course objectives

This half-day session will explain compliance to the legal duties DSEAR places on employers. It includes risk assessment and application of controls to mitigate risks. You will learn to understand controls and identify ATEX equipment.

Course is intended for

Plant supervisors, maintenance staff and operators.
It is also relevant for Safety and Compliance staff.
ADBA members get a discount, but non-members are still encouraged to attend the course.

 

Trainer

David Woolgar BSc CEng MIGEM MCIWEM
David is a chartered gas engineer with over 30 years’ experience in design and operation of anaerobic digestion plants and gas engineering. He is also on Institution of Gas Engineers technical panel updating gas safety guidance.
