Joanna is an Assistant Director at the National Infrastructure Commission, an organisation established to provide advice to government on how to address long-term infrastructure challenges. She leads the Commission’s work on energy policy including managing its programme of work leading towards the National Infrastructure Assessment published this October. Prior to joining the Commission she held roles in utilities infrastructure and regulation across the public and private sector.
