Local authorities: Sign up for AD site visits

The ADBA Food Waste working group is happy to announce a series of AD site visits across the UK for Local Authorities.

Against the backdrop of the upcoming requirement for local authorities to separately collect food waste, ADBA has organised a timetable of site visits across the country for local authority representatives.

Operators that currently process food waste have volunteered their sites for local authorities to visit in order to understand the environmental and energy security benefits of processing these organic wastes through AD. It will be a valuable opportunity for local authorities to engage with AD operators and to ask any questions that authority representatives may have.

The visits will include a presentation from a member of the ADBA Food Waste working group as well as representatives of WRAP who will be there to support.

Each site visit will run from 10am-2pm with further information specific to the site to follow closer to the time.

If you are interested in attending, please sign up below.

*Please note that spaces are limited and so please do wait for confirmation of your space. Confirmation will be sent out one week in advance

If you have any further questions, please email Jo at joanna.goad@adbioresources.org

Please note, the site visits have now concluded and the form is no longer being monitored.
