AD Net have been busy organisation two interesting events over the next few months. There is one is May, which brings together industry and academia, and one in July which focuses on research.

On May 10th 2016 at the University of Warwick, you have the opportunity to hear talks about science from, Prof. Charles Banks, Prof. Tom Curtis and Prof. Angus Buckling, industry talk from G’s fresh (a grower of fine quality salad and vegetables), plus insight into AD operations by Phil Hobbs. Interested in pushing the boundaries in AD: advancing knowledge, control and application? Then you need to attend the AD network Early Career Researcher Event held on the 4/5th July 2016. Held at the NEC, Birmingham on the 4/5th July, just before ADBA’s UK AD & Biogas conference on the 6/7th July. You will hear talks and presentations about:

•    Feedstock enhancements, novel feedstocks and new markets; 
•    Environmental interactions and societal challenges; 
•    Biomolecular tools; 
•    Optimisation of AD Processes; 
•    The VFA factory: extraction, conversion and downstream processing; 
•    Process integration and modelling.
