Dr Nick Primmer PhD is Policy Lead at Future Biogas, the largest producer of biomethane in the UK. He leads Future Biogas’ engagement with government and associations, ensuring supportive policy is in place for the delivery of new BECCS plants.
At the Biomethane Industrial Partnership (BIP), he leads Task Force 3, exploring the potential exploring the potential of rotational and sequential crops

Prior, Dr Primmer was a lead analyst at the Anaerobic Digestion and Bioresources Association (ADBA) on climate, energy, policy and market trends.
He was also research executive at Red Brick Research.
He earned his PhD at University of Nottingham and his BSc at University of Southampton.
